Reservation timings - 24 hours

Room reservation is accepted only against an advance deposit of one day's rent

Confirmed bookings are applicable only for the days of reservation

Check out time 10 a.m.

Check in time will be 12.00 noon from 1 September 2011

It is compulsory that all who wish to stay at the YMCA should show a valid identity card such as Passport/Driving License when checking in.

Cancellation Policy

Transit & Short Term Guests
1) Transit membership fee will not be refunded
2) With 48 hours notice, prior to check in, a cancellation charge of £10.00 and membership fee will be deducted from your original deposit.
3) After check in, any cancellation will be charged a day's tariff and if the original booking is beyond one week or more, one day's tariff per week will be charged.

Long term residents who wish to postpone their arrival dates will be charged one day's rent for each week of postponement.

Long Term residents: Once your Application has been accepted,  a  non refundable deposit of £100.00 will be required to guarantee  a place in the hostel.

Payments: All guests are requested to make all payments at the time of arrival. Payments must be in Pounds Sterling only and may be made by Cash, Cheques, Drafts or Credit Cards.
Please note that American Express (AMEX) credit cards will not be accepted from 1 September 2011.
