- NO RESERVATION WILL BE
CONFIRMED WITHOUT ADVANCE DEPOSIT. FOR BOOKINGS UP TO ONE WEEK, AN ADVANCE DEPOSIT
EQUIVALENT TO ONE DAY'S RENT WILL BE CHARGED.
- Children over 5 years or an
extra person staying in the same room have to pay an additional charge of £15
per night. Extra mattress could be provided for the extra person on request.

Student Rates:
To qualify for the Student Rate the
required minimum period of stay is six months and you must submit all
documents required to prove that you are a full-time academic student in London.

Trainee Rates:
